Check

Number 5 on my to do list today is blog, so here I am! Number 3 is to write Marissa a letter. A ridiculously late overdue letter :D

I don't really need a to do list today, because I don't have anything I NEED to get done. Well, besides go to work in 2 hours. But that's precisely why I made one, because if I don't create a need for myself to do something, I don't do anything. Having these tasks written on paper tricks me into thinking it's really, really important I do it. Yeah, I'm kind of gullible.

Speaking of work, that's going ok. It's a little stressful though, I'm very worried about getting everything right, but I keep forgetting things. I was recently moved to cashier because the girl before me ended up $10 under, so they took her off and put her on probation for three months, and if she gets another write up, she's fired. :O This really freaks me out, because I'm pretty sure I've already racked up a few write ups. It's so hard to remember everything, because the registers are really old so we have to type everything in, instead of scanning it. And if you hit a wrong button you have to have a manager void it, which you get written up for, which has happened to me several times. Rawr.

Marissa, you mentioned I was back in the world of commenting, which is kind of true, ha. The thing is, girls, I let your blogs pile up in my reader until I have about 8 to read, and then I go through them, and THEN I comment. So, I don't read your blogs right away, but I do read them.

Hm. I'm not really sure what the point of this blog was, other than to check it off my to do list. Checking things off is an extremely satisfying pass time, by the way.

Books read: 32. Still woefully behind. Marissa, I looked in our library for the Spellman Files, but they didn't have them! I'll have to go into the city library
